Consultation & Assessment
Once we have all the necessary information, we’ll provide you with an estimate and offer a complimentary heat loss assessment or site visit, ensuring we recommend the most suitable renewable system for your project.

System Design
Using data from the assessment, our technician will produce a detailed heat loss report and tailored proposal for your project, including precise heat pump sizing (air, ground, or water source) and suggested radiator upgrades. For non-heat pump projects, we provide a quotation and proposal following a site visit.
Installation
Once you accept our proposal, we’ll exchange contracts and agree on start dates. Our fully qualified engineers will then carry out the installation, managing the project end-to-end to ensure efficiency and minimal disruption.

Commissioning & Handover
Once installation is complete, systems are tested, certified, and commissioned. We provide clear instructions, documentation, and user training so you can confidently and effectively operate your new system.
Ongoing Maintenance & Support
Oxon Energy offers maintenance plans and ongoing support and have a dedicated service and maintenance team on hand to assist you.
