Solar PV

Solar photovoltaic panels (PV) use the sun’s energy to generate electricity that you can use to power your home.

The amount of solar PV panels installed is dependent on space available and the output required.

Solar works particularly well with heat pumps and can be used to provide the electricity to heat your hot water “off-grid” through summer months

Excess power can be diverted into heating or cooling, hot water or car charging.

Batteries

A home battery plugs into your current electrical system and can be recharged by your solar energy system, as well as from the grid. The beauty of a home battery is that it not only optimises daily energy use and provides backup power during a power cut but it can also store electricity for use when your solar panels aren't able to make enough energy.

Smart home batteries use the same advanced lithium ion technology as electric cars.

Electric Vehicle Chargers

Charging your electric vehicle is as simple as plugging it in. However specialised EV charging points are the fastest, most secure and most reliable way to charge.

Installed outside your property, on your driveway or in your garage, EV chargers are equipped with the correct plug type and correct power output for your vehicle and many come with smart features such as Wifi access for greater control.
