There are various ways to emit heating and cooling into the home. Typically, we use radiators, underfloor heating or fan coil units (radiators with a fan in), to blow heat into an area. With cooling, the only the way we can do that is by blowing air. We do this with either rectangular wall hung units (think hotel room), low level radiator type fan assisted unit, or pushing air through ceiling or wall grilles via a ducted fan coil typically hidden in a loft or void space.
